In September, Lu spent one week at the Sylva Foundation as part of their Gender Project, which not only was the most amazing week, but finally felt like a safe, open environment starting to make change with diversity in the woodworking landscape.

As makers, it’s such a joy to see how what we make can be integrated into different spaces. Seeing our Wiggle Lamp and Oak Plinth reimagined in this context is so much fun and reminds us traditional woodwork and designing with wood can be just as playful.

For their shop and in support of their summer exhibition with Hulda Guzmán, we worked with ExhibeoVM for Turner Contemporary to produce a collection of pieces made from workshop offcuts.

We hope buying with us will feel pretty good - but we also hope that it gives you just that little bit more joy knowing that it not only helps us, but helps in some much bigger ways too.
