All our packaging materials for shipping are recyclable. Once your item/s have arrived please help us to re-use or recycle them.
Shipping
Postal + courier services
Small items/Homewares [currently UK ONLY]
Small items -Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping - £6.00
Lighting/plinths - Parcelforce 24/48 Tracked shipping - £12.00
Furniture/Large items [currently UK ONLY]
Courier services - we offer a flat rate of £50 to cover packing materials and baseline fees from our service providers. Once production is complete we will send an email to arrange a delivery date.
Where possible we try to keep limited numbers of some small items/homewares in stock however, most pieces in our collection are made to order. All product details and up to date lead times will be listed on the product pages in our online shop. Please ensure you have checked this and are happy with the timeframe for delivery before completing your purchase.
Stocked products will be shipped within 5 working days.
We will notify you once it is on the way, and a tracking number will be provided with every notification of dispatch.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery to all CT post codes [CT 1 - 21].
Once your order is ready to make its way to you we will be in touch to confirm a date and time slot for delivery to take place. This will take place Monday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00-18:00.
Please include necessary details in advance to ensure a successful delivery such as access information, parking etc.
We will be unable to leave deliveries in a safe place so please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
Returns
We are sure that you will love your purchase, but all made to order products are non-refundable and non-returnable. For small items and homewares - we can accept a return within 14 days of purchase if the product is in unused, re-sellable condition. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service as we can not process a refund until we receive your returned item safely.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your item and the full amount will be applied to your original payment method, within 5 business days.
We put an enormous level of care into every product we make, but of course, will take full responsibility for production defects. Production defects are issues such as failed joints or cracks that are a result of the production process. We reserve the right to exchange or remedy any such issues prior to giving any form of refund.
